Aflatoun empowers children and young people worldwide by offering social and financial education. Aflatoun has been creating high-quality curricula over the past 14 years, for different age groups and contextualized to local needs. The programmes have been implemented by over 300 partner organizations in 100+ countries. Aflatoun helps students to make informed and practical decisions that benefit their own lives and those of their families and communities.

Africa has the largest population of young people in the world. Half of them are under thirty five years old, of which two thirds do not have permanent employment. We are determined to change that. Young Africa offers integrated skills training for employability and entrepreneurship. Training youth is our innovative and high impact solution to youth unemployment across Southern Africa.

At IMC Weekendschool we introduce youngsters (aged 10-14) from underprivileged neighborhoods to a wide variety of inspiring professionals. We develop lessons that create stimulating experiences and magical moments for both student and professional. We provide our students with a network, while they build the confidence to excel at who they want to be.

The UAF has been providing support to refugee students and professionals in their studies and in finding suitable employment on the Dutch labour market since 1948. We are convinced that anyone who can use their knowledge can make a meaningful contribution to society. We advise refugees based on our knowledge and experience, and build bridges between refugees, educational institutions, (local) governments and employers.

The Black Heart Foundation aims to remove barriers for under-resourced and under-represented people by providing educational scholarships through its Black Heart Scholarship Programme and distributing grants to community initiatives that support the community and provide coaching and pastoral care to talented, ambitious and committed young people.
